At Agile Learning Labs, we believe in giving back to the agile community. We do this by sponsoring events and by donating cash, services and elbow grease to various nonprofit organizations. Here are a few of our favorite causes:
Agile Learning Labs founded this meetup in 2007 and it now has over 800 members. The group meets monthly for pizza and lively, confidential discussion of the issues facing scrum professionals in the field.
Several Agile Learning Labs employees have served on the co-ordinating committee for this unique community event, an annual un-conference (now with Northern and Southern California versions) put on by and for the agile community.
Chris served on the co-ordinating committee of the local chapter of the Agile Leadership Network, an organization whose mission is “the evolution of leaders at all levels striving to transform teams, organizations and enterprises by applying agile leadership principles and values.”
Agile Learning Labs has been a frequent sponsor and provider of speakers for this interest group in the North Bay Area.
Chris served two years as Board Chairman of this group promoting excellence in technical management.
Agile Learning Labs is proud to be a sponsor of this local branch of the PMI, where many of our most enthusiastic students are members.
