Agile Requirements
This workshop module is better known to our students as “The Great Agile Requirements Showdown!”
Agile evangelists claim that extensive written requirements can be dispensed with in favor of lighter-weight ’stories’. It sounds easier, certainly, but can it really be as good? Won’t all of the important details get lost? We stage a showdown between traditional and Agile requirements. Participants will form teams, create requirements documents, do development (no technical skill or computers needed), and then evaluate the results. May the best requirements win!
