Job advertisements often state “must be good at multitasking!” This session begins with a brief simulation exploring different methods of completing a project–those that involve multitasking and those that do not. The exercise doesn’t take long, but the learning is profound, as people respond strongly to the experience and its unexpected outcomes. Participants come away with new approaches to improving productivity when multiple projects must get done.
